The suspension rod is made on site according to customer needs
Can be single pole, double pole, or triangular truss. Material: 1.5 inches (with a retractable frame for lighting)
1. High strength seamless steel pipe, ensuring load-bearing capacity (pipe diameter and wall thickness need to be calculated according to the design load) with a length of 12-20 meters;
2. Pre treatment: Rust removal (sandblasting or pickling) is carried out on the surface of the steel to remove oxide scale and impurities, followed by spraying anti rust primer to enhance its corrosion resistance;
3. Structural processing: Cutting and forming: Cut steel pipes according to the design dimensions based on the stage height and span, and use CNC cutting to ensure accuracy. Welding reinforcement: Weld flanges at both ends (used to fix with the stage steel structure). The connection between the flange and the steel pipe should be fully welded to ensure no virtual welding. After welding, perform non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing) to avoid weld defects. End treatment: If other components (such as lifting points) need to be connected, weld lifting ears or connectors at the designated position of the suspension rod. The material of the lifting ears should be consistent with the suspension rod, and the welding should be polished smooth.
