On June 9, 2023, Chongqing Overseas Chinese Town and Poli Group reached a strategic cooperation agreement, announcing the establishment of the "Poli City Dive" Chongqing flagship store, a dual blue-hole urban diving center, in Lijia, Liangjiang New Area. It is expected to open next year.

Hong Shuohong, Director of the Poli Group and Chairman of Poli City Dive, stated at the event that the "Poli City Dive" Chongqing flagship center, which has been established in the OCT Lijia project in Chongqing, is the second urban diving center in Asia. With a total construction area of nearly 10,000 square meters, it features two blue holes with water depths of 22 meters and 33 meters, and a total water volume of approximately 8,000 tons. Upon completion, it will offer services such as diving experiences, diving training, diving certification, diving entertainment activities, and diving competitions.

In this project, Zhongmei Art is responsible for undertaking the corresponding mechanical suspension system for the top of the diving pool.
