Important considerations in stage machinery design
1. Fundamentals of Calculation
The calculation basis of stage machinery is determined by its working conditions, which is precisely the most difficult to accurately locate. Due to the crucial importance of safety in the design of stage machinery, it can currently only be calculated based on internationally recognized and domestically accepted standards. Namely, all components of the lifting equipment drive system should be able to withstand twice the rated load and be calculated for continuous operation for 1600 hours.
2. Brakes for lifting equipment
The selection of brakes for lifting equipment should strictly follow the relevant standards, such as WH/T 36-2009 "Safety Requirements for Under Stage Machinery", which stipulates that single brakes can be used for compensating lifting platforms, auxiliary lifting platforms, lifting railings, horizontal moving equipment, and rotating equipment, but their braking torque should not be less than twice the rated transmission torque; Other lifting equipment should be equipped with dual braking devices, and the braking torque of each braking device should not be less than 1.25 times the rated transmission torque.
Dual braking device refers to: two sets of independently controlled brakes; Or a set of self-locking mechanisms and a set of brakes; Or two independent (hydraulic control) check valves in hydraulic systems, etc.
There should be one brake in the dual brake system that has a delayed action.
A power-off brake should be used. When the power is cut off, the brake generates a braking torque due to the pressure of the spring.
In addition to Chinese standards, relevant foreign standards such as German standard DIN 56950 and Austrian standards ONORM M9630-1, ONORM M9630-2, ONORM M9630-3 should also be referred to. If the use of feedback braking is prohibited; When the transmission device is disconnected, the power supply to the brake must be immediately interrupted; The braking force of the brake can only be generated by gravity or guided compression spring groups; Each brake can stop and maintain the test load; The effectiveness of each brake can be tested separately.
The emergency stop function test should be conducted on the brake under load state. When the rated load is lowered at the rated speed and the emergency stop button is pressed, the brake should be able to quickly and effectively brake the equipment within a certain braking distance and maintain a stationary state
