  Fourthly, the design of transmission components should pay attention to principles such as reasonable stress distribution, reduction of stress concentration, strength, stiffness, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good processability, and easy installation and disassembly.

 

  Fifthly, regarding the lifting (hoisting) mechanism, it is necessary to understand the utilization level and working level of the mechanism in the crane design standards, as well as their impact on component selection. Attention should be paid to the relationship between the strength of the steel wire rope and the strength of the rope fixing joint. When using the cable spiral buckle, attention should be paid to the difference between the safe working load and the minimum breaking load of the product, and the strength level of the life-saving series should be selected according to the regulations of the higher level.

 

  Finally, attention should also be paid to the diameter of the drum. It is recommended to use standard grooves and select the drum diameter according to the higher-level working mechanism. The safety of stage machinery must start from design and run through various stages such as manufacturing, installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance. Therefore, in the design of stage machinery, strict requirements, rigorous execution of design procedures, careful design, calculation, and review are necessary. Key points and easily overlooked areas should be identified during construction, testing, debugging, and operation stages to ensure the safety of stage machinery.
